No rental applications will be screened until the applicant has viewed the property in person. The application fee is $50.00 per adult. All adults over the age of 18 living in the home must apply separately.

A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets, no aggressive breed dogs allowed) (No dogs at this location, cats ONLY.

A non-refundable $350 cleaning fee is required, to be paid upon move-in. This cleaning fee is required up front, and will be credited to the tenants account, to be applied to cleaning services at the time that a tenant moves out of the property.

Rental Requirements:
No Evictions in the last 5 years
No landlord collections in the last 5 years
No outstanding utility bill balances
Household combined monthly income must be more than or equal to 3 times the rental amount
In addition to the monthly rent, a $17 monthly asset protection fee is due on the 1st of each month for all rentals.
If credit is BELOW 620, a double security deposit or SDI policy will be required. Security deposit or SDI policy is due within 48 hours of an approved application.

If negative information is found in any category, the application is subject to denial.

The walk around the neighborhood is about half a mile so a nice safe walk for you and your fur babies... for the most part, people pick up after their animals but there are a few bad apples. Another complaint aside from the yards may be that there are a few wild animals since we are so close to woods and the highway. "
