Mercy Hospital within walking distance. New waterfront development with beach only 5 minutes away. Skiing is only 15-20 minutes. Immediately feels like home. Wonderful neighbors who would love to welcome owner occupy as the majority of the nearby homes are. People in this neighborhood care."
