    "4th of July is very lively and friendly over here. Most people come out to together to hang out and enjoy the fireworks. Summer time is probably when you see this community the most active. Everyone’s outside enjoying the pools, walking dogs and jogging. Very peaceful."

It is private and serene but there is easy access to hiking, skiing, Apple picking, grocery, pharmacy and train as well as Beacon, Millbrook, Pawling, Poughkeepsie and the Litchfield County towns.
