4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNot what I expected after being in an exemplary school district. Actually noticed that my child was not challenged in the classroom due to everyone else not being at the level as they were. I hate to think that Title I schools perform lower due to social status. There are no STEM programs in place. You have to wait until you are in middle school, I believe, before they are introduced to students.Parent Review8y ago6 Reviews - Royse City High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kid goes to Royse City high school, I have been informed that yes it has decent teachings and good classes, but my issue is with the cafeteria. How can you have so many students and such a big school but almost never enough food for your students? I’ve been shown several photos of the lack of food ESPECIALLY for the last lunch, I would rate better but how are they supposed to learn well when not receiving proper nutrition for their brain? This should be fixed and never should be a problem to begin withParent Review8mo ago14 Reviews - Royse City Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThese teacher are amazing! The communication that comes home from them is great. Several teachers send weekly information home, and others use Remind, Twitter, Instagram, etc to get the information to parents. They are always smiling when I see them, and my child comes home happy and excited.Parent Review9y ago4 Reviews - Check out schools near 812 Shear Dr #5HZL66.

"I have lived here for 3 years and love the neighborhood. It’s a great neighborhood for kids and for adults to gather. I just wish they were not building so many track home across from us soon. "

"It’s far but worth it. It’s crowded between 5-7 but it clears up. Plenty of room for improvement. But if there’s an accident you’re going to sit and wait."

"It’s the perfect mix of country and city. Having an HOA keeps things from getting to crazy but since we’re outside city limits, our neighbors put on the best fireworks shows. "

"The HOA on Creekside is terrible. But the people are great. Local schools are amazing, 10 out of 10. "

"The rapid growth has made I30 a crapshoot. One day you can get to downtown Dallas in 30 minutes. The next day you are stuck on the bridge for 2 hours. "

"Not like the fact that there aren't sidewalks. The next neighborhood over has sidewalks and will have a nice walking trail though. "

"Not very unique. Just your typical neighborhood. I live here because the school is literally in our backyard. That is the best thing about our neighborhood."
