Our family had a wonderful experience at Marana Middle School. Both of my boys attended MMS and truly thrived — academically and athletically — because of the opportunities and support they received during their time there.One thing we especially appreciated was how the school provided meaningful enrichment experiences that helped students grow in confidence and independence. Both of my children had the opportunity to attend Catalina Island Marine Institute (CIMI) and the Washington, D.C. trip, and those experiences were unforgettable and educational.Academically, the school also offered strong coursework and opportunities for students who are ready for a challenge. Both of my boys were able to take accelerated classes and earn high school credit for Math and Spanish while still in middle school, which gave them a huge advantage and helped them enter high school prepared.Both of my children are thriving in high school, and we truly believe the foundation they received at Marana Middle School played a big role in that success. We are very grateful for the teachers, staff, and programs that helped our kids grow and succeed.

Our family has had an outstanding experience at Marana High School. Both of my children currently attend, and they are truly thriving at this diverse and welcoming school. They are challenged academically and have had countless opportunities to participate in athletics, clubs, CTE programs, and fine and performing arts — there is truly something for every student.Academically, my children have been able to take advantage of AP and dual enrollment coursework, and the expectations are high in a supportive way. The staff encourages students to push themselves while also providing guidance to help them succeed.What stands out most is the culture of care. My children’s teachers and the school leaders know them personally and make sure they are supported, loved, and challenged. Because of their experiences at Marana High School, my children are confident learners, strong athletes, and caring young men. We are incredibly grateful for this school and highly recommend it.

Our daughter has attended this school since Pre-K and is now in 5th grade. There have been many hurdles over the years, not just within our child's life, but also due to external factors, including leadership changes, the Pandemic, and community growth. Throughout all of this, we have also developed an amazing relationship with the staff, not just professionally, but on a personal level as well. The love they show each of these students, along with their willingness to go above and beyond, has not gone unnoticed and is greatly appreciated. Our daughter has had numerous positive relationships with her teachers and support staff, so when we see them outside of school, she gets excited to just say hello. Every year, she struggles with the anxiety of change and starting the year with a new teacher, but all of the teachers have come together to support all the students, regardless of whether they are in their class or not, and ensure they feel welcomed, safe, and loved.
