Most of the residents take good care of their property and if they fail to do so the HOA is quick to address the issue. There is a pond in the subdivision where I used to take my kids to feed the ducks. There is a Value Market near by that is a full service grocery and it is within walking distance. Apple Valley is close to many affordable retail stores and restaurants. I really enjoyed raising a family there. Over all it is a great place to live!"
