    "You’ll hear occasional gunshots. Being across from the federal penitentiary actually makes the neighborhood fairly quiet compared to other similar neighborhoods. There are occasional reports of inmates sneaking out of, then back into the prison. Grant Park is a few blocks north and the Beltline is making the area a cash cow, despite being heavily transitional. Your 500k flip is definitely next to a bando. Get all your inspections done. "
