"Commuting in any big city is always challenging, as it is in the entire metro area, but being in such a diverse and gentrified area, there's less desire to travel with everything at your fingertips and being in such close proximity to downtown Atlanta."

"We are a small community in what some might call "no mans land". We are a niche neighborhood near little 5 points. The best thing by far is our drive-in movie theater; no one has them anymore."

"There's room to let the dogs out to run or play, and plenty of sidewalks to walk them on. Some of the mom and pop shops are pet friendly and allow dogs in the store. "
