We are a custom build community and our onsite realty team, Brogdon Properties, is available if you prefer to assist you in the process of choosing the perfect homesite, house plan and builder. The peace and quiet of mountain living is just 30 minutes from the magic of Birmingham and ready for you to call home.
For custom home builds, a good estimate is $250 per sq/ft including land. You can purchase the land separate from your home build or include it with your build price. Estimated prices on homes listed do not include the land amount since lot price differs. We have chosen plans from a highly reviewed local architectural firm, but any home plans are welcome that meet our ARB requirements found on website.
