"You see people waking their dogs all the time. It's also a very private neighbor hood. Not to far from the veterans park either. "

"Well worth the commute. Not really country living but a very close nit community. My family loves it here and I do as well."

"HOA sucks in this neighborhood. Neighbors seem to be friendly but do seem distant. It’s about 40 miles to Bham"

"we have great neighbors. it's a quiet neighborhood for the most part and trick or treating is always a hit."

"It’s quiet here except for the trains. The city has a 20-30 million dollar sports complex as well as several smaller parks. The school system is nice and most neighborhoods seem well cared for. "

"We have a 20 million dollar sports complex that is almost finished. Movie nights in the park are held a few times in the fall. The Strawberry Festival is once a year and the schools are outstanding. Our city just won a grant to improve the older section of downtown and when the new bridge is finished the commercial area will certainly bring in more retailers. "

"The Interstate is very close, but the traffic on the interstate into Birmingham is terrible. Especially early in the morning and getting home in the evening. "

"Traffic is usually heavy on the free way so allow extra travel time. There can be traffic any given day or time "

"It’s awful because of the traffic on 31 and i65. The lights aren’t synced properly, and the construction make traffic awful."

"We also have a community pool, but the HOA is terrible and makes people pay $12 for a card to get access to the pool. It was shut down the last couple of weeks of the summer. Yet they still hung giant signs claiming this is a pool community. The HOA doesn’t make everyone mow. The house next to us went Without being mowed for over 2 months, and they only mowed half the back yard. It’s ridiculous. There are huge pot holes all throughout the neighborhood and people speed through our neighborhood. The stop signs are faded and need to be replaced. I don’t recommend living here. "

"It’s not. It’s a HOA community that’s made up of cheaply built homes stuck out in the middle of no where. "
