"Congested at times. The traffic lights are completely out of sync with each other making it worse. City will be adding more traffic lights that will not help."

"I do not have a commute. My parents have lived here for over 20 years, and I moved in with them to help with my mother’s illness. It has steadily become more congested and traffic is not fabulous anywhere in DFW area. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and it’s not the best. Neighbors aren’t friendly, we have no sidewalks or streetlights. However, there is a very homey feel to the neighborhood and it is near plenty of great school for all ages. It is pretty scenic and all the homes are beautifully different. "

"I own a home in this area and it is a great place for families and retirees. The schools are excellent, and the high school has been rated as one of the best high schools in the US for 2 years in a row by U.S. News and World Report. There are excellent facilities for soccer, football, baseball, and softball community leagues. The area has a small town atmosphere, but is located with easy access to shopping in Denton, Lewisville, Frisco, and Grapevine. It only takes about 25 minutes to get to the airport, so it is also convenient to travelers. "
