    "Just moved here, kids running up and down the streets. Neighborhood watch too. Very clean and quiet, everything has been great so far!"
  • " The neighborhood is extremely safe and there are several Denton Officers & Sheriffs Deputies that live in the neighborhood. Very family friendly, great place to walk or run (sidewalks and a great path around the lake), fishing pond, pool, tennis courts, ect. It is so pleasant being within walking distance to Unicorn Lake which offers good options for restaurants/sports bar/gym/& theater. Unicorn Lake is starting to take off so there are plans for more restaurants and businesses moving in. It is so nice to walk down for dinner/drinks/& a movie on a nice spring evening. Getting in and out of the neigborhood is especially easy as there is access to Teasley Rd or you can go through Unicorn Lake and get right on I-35. I am on I-35 South in less than 3 minutes after leaving my driveway which makes my commute so easy. Also it is only a 7 minute drive to the A-Train Station at the medical center which makes it convinenet if you want to ride the train to work. The home owners association is good at keeping the neighborhood looking great but they are not overly pushy or crazy about things. There are several community events planned for our neighborhood which is nice. "
