"I’ve lived here for 30+ years, and the neighborhood is still safe and friendly! And the neighbors actually watch out for each other! Also, the neighborhood is clean along the sidewalks, and everyone keeps up their yard in this area!"

"Constant burglaries. Alarm system and bars on windows are needed if you plan to live here. Don't leave anything out unless you want it stolen."
