"There is a super cute dog park right in the neighborhood, and all the streets are dog friendly and walkable with low traffic noise and courteous drivers for safety and security on walks. Plus because it’s a grid you will never walk the same way twice!"

"I lived here for nine and a half years. It is a quiet neighborhood. You can get to most things by foot or by any of the many bus routes that are within walking distance. A car is nice to have, but not necessary."

"I don’t live here my sister does, the parking is the worst, everything is 2hr parking and it’s never no where to park so the only plus about this area is it’s near south street and penns landing that’s it. I wouldn’t wanna live somewhere where I have to drive around for 20 minutes jus to find somewhere to park..ridiculous "
