"this area is about 20+ old, is still like new, park like streets, well maintained houses and townhouses. 3 golf courses and many activities for the 55+ active retiree, Pools and indoor pools, yoga, art, and a thousand things to do."

"It is a great neighborhood - lots of friendly neighbors and close to Desert Vista Rec Center. It is also a quiet street without too much traffic. Close to golf - city and mountain views. It is the best part of Sun City Summerlin."

"Quiet area, but close to local casinos and good restaurants and shopping. Tivoli Village and Boca Park 10 minutes away. Nearest hospital 4 miles away, Mountain View hospital. Security always present. Three public golf courses in develoment. Strip stores and banks in development. Many activities in three community centers. "
