  • Trulia User
"Neighborhood has good transportation available. Commute from here to downtown takes approximately 24mins (w/own vehicle) unsure of public transportation time"
  • Troybsolutions
"Commute is easy we have access to public transportation and we are close to most things you may need. We are centralized here so you can get most anywhere in a reasonable amount of time."
  • Lee A. E. M. .
"We have flea market garage sales. Closed the streets to have our garage, yard sales and everyone has a great time."
  • Taina M.
"great neighborhood. Lots of people walk their dogs early in the morning and then mid evening. streets are quiet. you do have some cars driving fast through the streets. "
  • Jaymi7633
"There is a lot of crime in this area. A lot of low income housing but not worth the money. There is two elementary schools and a high school but awful traffic because all of them get out within minutes of each othe. The housing by the first school is all 55+ which makes no sense. A lot of homeless have started to gather in the area which causes concern for safety."
  • Sherese J.
"Not a safe area for families or children. Crime and drug ridden and the nor property management companies in the area do nothing to enforce the laws or common human decency."
  • B_hollenbeck5
"I keep my dogs inside most the time but when I walk them it’s usually quick. Most dogs around this area are friendly."
  • Senghak T.
"Pretty decent commute. Don’t really need to get on the freeway to get around town. Most of the city is accessible through city streets. "
  • Raeleneceja
"I don’t commute. But my boyfriend does to SJ. It takes about 2 hours. Takes me about 15 minutes to get to Ben Holt and the Marina."
  • Raelene C.
"Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Seems far, but it’s nice. It’s the last Circle at the end of the Main Street. "
  • kennethsummer
"Nestled in an enclosed subdivision away from traffic; one way in and one way out; outstanding neighborhood; great place to raise a family where security matters most; come check it out."
