    "Very safe, can walk to theatre, restaurants, grocery, medical doctor, best hospital 5 blocks. From this location it is easy to go any direction without traffic by taking the back roads. We moved here 10 years ago from Beverly Hills because we wanted to be close to UCLA Hospital— it is the best hospital in LA and My wife and I are in our 70’s. And if any emergency happens we will be more likely to survive. We walk to dinner most nights because there is a very good selection of great restaurants."

Even if you're dog is happy and extremely friendly some people don't like it. I've personally have had people yell at me for just having my dog out. "
