Read what parents are saying about Trinity High SchoolYour daughters deserve better. My daughter did. Girls vape and get high in the bathroom, there’s bullying and administration does not care. I went to them many times and instead of good news… the dean would get defensive. No wonder their enrollment is down. They are rude and not kind. The girls make TikTok videos making fun of other students (ex. mocking an overweight girl) and videos about the school being racist. They just care about tuition. They pride themselves of empowering young women but they didn’t empower my daughter. It’s their fault she’s struggling right now. There are so many options and Trinity seems good on paper but it’s not. Invest in your girls and do your research.

Posted by a parent on 4/2/2018My years at Trinity were the best years even though they were more than 40 years ago. It was well before the IB and the skills and courses I took helped me enter the working world right after high school. At the time, I couldn't qualify for grants and being the oldest of 7 children, loans for college were out of the question! I graduated in 3.5 years and then went to work the last semester to help out my family. The teachers were always there for you, took extra time with you when you needed it, the counselors listened to who you were and guided you as an individual - not as a number. Tuition is not inexpensive, but then you get what you pay for! I truly value what my family paid for my education. I read a comment about uniforms - they had them when I was there as well - boxy wool blazer, white blouses with collars and skirts with two pleats in front and two in back! What was really bad were the gym suits we had to wear - one piece, elastic waist, cap sleeves and snaps up the front! Mine was a solid red - for all 4 years! So, I am confident they have improved since!
Posted by a parent on 7/15/2016This is an academically challenging school that has so much spirit. The administration is committed to this school, its mission and each student. My daughter is a sophomore and loves her school. I have had other children attend other high schools and have not been nearly as impressed. The IB program is amazing. Teacher connect with students, something for every girl at this school.
Posted by a parent on 3/27/2016Trinity is a good school. The teachers are decent, and the classes might be different than what you're used to because a) it's all girls, and b) because there are 4 classes each day and everyone lasts about 1 hr and 30 minutes. I like that. The only problem is that there are SO many rules! The assistant principle is very strict, so be careful around her. The uniforms are hideous. But hey, what can you do about those? You're either someone who loves Trinity, or someone who hates it. There really is no in between. I'm a freshman at this school and I feel very "trapped", like I have no freedom. I feel very contained and uncomfortable in my own skin. Since it's such a small school, you'll encounter plenty of mean girls. Someone even had the nerve to start a rumor about me. The classes here are almost too easy, and I come home bored with my homework every night. You pray every morning, too. There is a liturgy every month as well. I'm not a Catholic, and I'm also not even fully Christian. I'm more agnostic. You'll know if this is the right school for you. For me, it just isn't. The good thing is they have a pretty good art/drawing program. The Theatre dept. kind of sucks.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe transferred to St. Luke from a local progressive school after having concerns of our kids’ learning, and could not have made a better choice than St. Luke. We have found an amazing school, with a thoughtful and well planned curriculum, loving and experienced teachers, and competent strong school administration. One of our daughters arrived well behind grade level in reading - the school has been amazing for her. The reading specialist has worked with her teacher to prepare a plan to help her learn and catch up, and we have seen wonderful results. And the improvement is not just academic - her confidence and happiness are way up.The parent community is also wonderful - very welcoming, very involved. We feel at home at St. Luke in our first year in a way we did not after three years at the other school. We cannot recommend St. Luke highly enough. Wonderful school, wonderful people, happy kids.Parent Review2mo ago - St Vincent Ferrer Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTruly - just a full nightmare. As someone with years of experience here, they don’t know a good thing when they have it. There’s a reason why every teacher leaves in the middle of the year. Also, if you have a child with learning disabilities, they will not be provided with the education they deserve or the education you are paying for/they promise. Save your money and go to a different Catholic School in the area.Other Review5mo ago - Grace Lutheran School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience with this school has been wonderful. There is a great sense of community at Grace. Everyone is very involved and treat each other great, it’s a like a family. My child loves going to Grace, there is a lot of attention placed on each child by the teachers. I like that the classrooms are not over populated and there is more one on one attention given if needed. My child is thriving here at Grace and it makes us happy. I would definitely recommend this school.Parent Review1y ago
