Worst private school in the city of Chicago

Bullying is a major issue. This school does not care about the student's well-being, only the money. I decided to transfer my child to this Christian based elementary school, in hopes of a better education. My child was a new student that was bullied almost everyday in summer school. I am fully aware that unwanted situations may occur where ever you go, however the bullying should not have continued. This is a result of poor leadership and the act of not taking the necessary actions to rectify the problem. My assumption is due to the private school status, the concern of students leaving is not a concern at all, more students will enroll. I took my concern to the principal, she did not seem sincere in caring. I wondered if it was due to race or cultural differences that caused her to have a nonchalant attitude. I discussed my concern and contemplation of not letting my child enroll for the 2019-2020 school year, if it continued, there was no follow up or service recovery. Nothing....I was highly upset and offended by the nonchalant attitude. In sum, DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN THIS SCHOOL. INVEST IN YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Very high when my child is there I don't have to worry I know they are in good hands

Disgusted, saddened, disappointed and so relieved that the school year is almost over 5/2019. Please check in on your children, this school has taught me to be an advocate for my child, I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone. Sad but true

My child is in the Pre-K class. Both the teacher and TA are a fantastic team. The principal is very attentive and the Director is also highly engaged. I am always appreciative of the quality of education my son receives evident from speaking with my child on a daily basis. My child frequently offers up new concepts or facts, learned through his education at Holy Family. My little one has already been to several schools and I thank God we finally landed at Holy Family. I welcome homework assignments, projects, Parent-Teacher Conferences and meetings collectively designed to strengthen the school-home connection that aims to bridge scholastics from the school back to the home, so that the student may better retain what is learned. No school is perfect, but I believe Holy Family is working towards greatness.
