It would be an awesome school if they focused more on getting supplies such as books for all the students and educating them. Than raising money for cheerleading and soccer,basketball! How can these kids survive in the world without a education!

If parents in the Lawndale community got involved more with their kids education and stop trying to let the school raise their kids, things would be better these days. My son now goes to Law

We need a working plan that will secure effective, and progressive change, which will give our children the chance to compete in this fast pace

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a former student of Dvorak, I don't believe it's the staff that's failing the children, perhaps it's our children not willing to be taught. I graduated in the class of 1980, I am leading a successful life, therefore don't blame the teachers, it's up to us as parent's to make sure our kids are doing their school work as well as homework. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am disappointed in HFM, because I was told my child wasn't ready for Kindergarten when 1st kindergarten isn't even mandatory in Illinois but my biggest reason I am disappointed in HFM because this is suppose to be a FAITH based school but they are fake in their faith and they really don't believe in the word of GOD. Who turns their back on a child just because they learn different than other students. My son is very bright and knows and have more faith in GOD and he is only 5yrs old. Then when I emailed them stressing my concerns to consider him, Ms Moore ignored me. I had hope in them but they are FAKE and money hungry I am assuming just like they assumed that my son wasn't ready for kindergarten.
