Can't ask for a better location. Steps from Cortelyou Road shops and restaurants with many great food options. Less than 100 feet from the Flatbush Coop organic grocery store and a Sunday farmer's market. Under 500 feet to the Q subway stop. There's even a library branch across the street!

Heat and hot water included in the monthly maintenance. AC units come with the apartment. Walls will be painted before move in. Coop building with a no dogs policy.

School district among the lowest of the city. Would not recommend for a family.
