"I’ve lived here for 12 years. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in SF. It’s also become a wonderful neighborhood to raise kids!"

"Don’t commute currently. When I did, MUNI wasn’t a convenient option. Walking or ride sharing were the best modes. "

"This is not a bad neighborhood- near the bay club, Levi’s plaza, fog city diner, hill stone and you can take a cruise by walking from your house"

"Washington Sq. Park is good for dogs. You will see a lot of other dogs being walked. Not a lot of grass on other streets. Beware coyotes in Pioneer Park (Coit Tower)!"

"I rented a restored 1880 former fishing cabin w/fab views of Bay,Alcatraz. Location of famous "Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill" which wake you up in the morning.Big deal was being able to walk everywhere, tho steps on Greenwich & Napier are not for wimps."
