Muir Woods, Sausalito, Muir Beach, Stinson Beach & so many other amazing near by.
- Beautiful setting amongst Redwoods and other beautiful trees with a nice deck that looks onto Richardson bay. The water views are lovely and relaxing. The outdoor table, chairs and bbq make for an additional room and natural living space.
- The quaint cottage has charm and character. Its simple modern finishings combined with Mill Valley rustic charm deliver a cozy and comfortable living environment. Light wood floors, black and white furnishing accents and all needed living utensils ensure a great accommodation.
_ The bathroom and other upgrades were completed one year ago, so are up to date, clean & comfortable.
- The yard/ garden offers a respite with lots of blooms, edible treats (lemons, herbs, and whatever else is in the garden) available to you to forage.

Dedicated driveway with space for 1 vehicle. Multiple vehicle spots on the safe street.
No smoking of any kind on the property (due to near by neighbor health conditions).

    "The roads are narrow with tight turns. People regularly speed especially to drop kids at the school, so it can be dangerous for walking. There do seem to be a good number of young families, but you rarely see them since the neighborhood is so hilly and winding. There’s very little diversity, but that can be said for Mill Valley as a whole. Overall the views can be great and it’s peaceful, but the community isn’t warm and fuzzy. "
