8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is a freshman this year, we moved from Meriden CT. and so far he is really liking and enjoying CHS. He said in Meriden he came across drugs, kids fights, and kids becoming boyfriend and girlfriend as young as 11 yrs old. We moved to this town 1.5 yrs. Ago when my son was in Dood he said there are few kids here that are a little rude and disrespectful but not as bad as Meriden no drugs, fights, nothing like others have commented in the reviews. We are low middle class income Hispanic people and since we moved to Cheshire we have been welcomed and teachers has offered multiple times for help even after school. Luckily we are a Hispanic family that pushes hard and my son hasn't need help but it's nice to know that is there. I will continue to update this school since I have 2 other children that will be attending CHS and see how these 4 yrs turns out for my son, but so far We are loving CHS and the community.Parent Review1y ago - Dodd Middle School
