"This place is horrible the landlord does not fix anything is infected with mice , there’s roaches the people in the first floor gets mad if you park next to the house when they already have 3 parking spaces the people in the 3rd floor are okay "

"It was horrible. There were 3 shootings within 1 month in 2017. People leave their trash anywhere they want. Parking is horrendous because of the narrow street. You want to kill yourself or your inconsiderate neighbor when it comes to parking in the winter.... it's just pointless! Also there is no off street parking....if you park your car behind the Scovill Homes you will be towed or broken into, besides that's where the riffraff like to ditch the stolen cars they took anyway.. Loud music, street fights or worse domestic fights that wake you up out of a sound sleep, r groups of men hanging in front of the bodega just leering at you when you walk by, dog owners who allow their dog to go to the bathroom in front of your walkway and DON'T clean it up...... just a few things to be concerned about in this neighborhood. If you have hood tendencies or are a little bit ratchet yourself ...you'll be fine, none of it will bother you. But if you're not....then you're going to hate yourself for moving there!"
