Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 14, 2024
Wow look at this Triplex investment opportunity because these opportunities don't come around often 3 units all have separate addresses and meters the property needs some TLC in move-in condition. this can be great for a large family that loves each other company but in their own space or possibly first-time buyers that can live in one unit and rent out the other 2 units to offset their mortgage and expenses Main house in front two bedrooms one bath, the second unit is a single studio attached to the main house, the third is the very nice size one bedroom apartment on top of the three car garage as you can see the garages are individual garages for extra source of income great opportunity overall plus the property is secured with an automatic front gate and driveway back yard parking. remember location and timing are everything.

"I see dog owners walk their dogs every day, anytime. You’ll see a lot of people taking a stroll anytime of any day. You’ll see a lot of joggers too, they’ll be running any time except for (high afternoons when the sun is at its highest). There are tons of park to visit with your family. The only downside here is that there are homeless everywhere. That and the real estate is pretty expensive."

"Fast (potentially dangerous) neighborhood and surrounding traffic, loud noises at all hours, homeless presence is significant, crime is present but not overly terrible, and ironically street parking is surprisingly ok. Mostly, the Melrose, Highland and Santa Monica traffic and general noise are primary downsides."

"Would be a great neighborhood. It’s super walkable, great restaurants and bars, but constant sirens and police helicopters. Having said that it’s actually pretty safe just very loud and dirty. And there is a significant homeless issue."
