"10min away from the beach 10 min away from the airport 5 min away from hospitals 5 to 15 min away from malls 5 to 10 min away from Miami Dountown bussines areas and Miami port,Arena,and Marlins stadium 10 to 15 min away from Miami dolphins stadiums very close to mayor county college and universities working commute is very easy to get around. "Full of life yet quiet and fairly crime-free for location. Establish residents speak to each other and watch out for each other. Close to everything and to highways (less than 1 mile to Midtown, 1 mile to Wynwood, blocks from the 95, 1/2 mile to 112 expressway. 5 miles from Downtown and Port of Miami. It doesn't get any more convenient."
