"the bus on 27th Ave are somewhat decent as far as timing but the homeless, drug addicts and prostitutes seem to always use the bus stop near my house either as a bed or hangout spot."

"Everyone speaks when they walk by your house if you're outside. It's a quiet neighborhood and very low thief in my area."

"it appears to be a family neighborhood. there is a park nearby and easy access to the some buses. There were a few incidents of violence but wasn't gang related one happened at the 24 hr store but the hours have since changed. I don't feel unsafe here and I have 2 small children. my mom has lived here for almost 20 years. she said there has been some changes but she is not concerned with it. "

"I've lived here for these people years I've work with one of my neighbors and each person on each side of me knows me and my husband by full name. We are in a quite area. We have plenty of police present and the fire station is in walking distance ."

"There are many families that have dogs and other pets in their yards but there are also many strays as well. I don't frequently see people walking their dogs. Many just let them go out and come back. Many get into very busy roads and unfortunately don't make it back home. "

"The schools are not good. I would register my kids in nearby Hialeah schools. The neighborhood has improved as opposed to ten years ago but still needs more beat police and surveillance."
