Fireplace in the front room. Ceiling fans in the main room, master bedroom and one other bedroom. Master cool swamp cooler is quite efficient and provides most of the cooling need at a reasonable cost. The home has a solar system that significantly reduces energy costs.
Garage has been sealed finished painted. Contains two walls of floor to ceiling shelving for storage. Approximately 250 square feet.
There is parking for an RV at the side of the house and we added a 30 amp plug that allows you to use all trailer amenities.
