"I've lived here for about 15 years and I absolutely love itand plan to live new another 15 years it's perfect for raising your family because everyone here is considerate Of the kids lots of fun around the Holidays everyone partipates especially candy cane lanearound Christmas time"

"My neighborhood LaPasada is an HOA. So all of our homes are kept up better than the surrounding neighborhoods. We have everything we need within walking distance a grocery , a Starbucks, a pharmacy, fast food ect. Along with one of the best firehouses close enough but not so close to be bothered by the sirens. We are very close to the freeway entrance but can’t hear it at all. And if it’s a night out you want we have casinos within 10-15 minutes away along with downtown Palm Springs and it’s world class restaurants. "
