We would love to show the apartment to everyone that inquires but it is still occupied by a tenant and will be until mid April which will limit the number of showings we are able to fulfill. Plus there is no sense in asking you to pay an application fee if you don't meet our basic tenancy criteria for this apartment (see below). As a result, we will be conducting pre-showing interviews with potential tenants with a 5-10 minute phone call. Please make sure you include your email and phone number with your inquiry to schedule a pre-showing interview appointment.

BASIC TENANCY CRITERIA
-Apartment not available before May 15, 2024
-No pets allowed

-Income to rent ratio of at least 2.5 times the monthly rental
-12-month lease minimum
