3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI don’t recommend this middle school. There’s very few staff who seem okay and then there’s the rest who catch attitudes with students quickly. Students get into trouble constantly and expelled for little reasons that aren’t serious to really be expelled for. But the main concern is the teacher staff and front office staff. They’ll say unnecessary comments or snap at a student for “distractions”. These distractions would be to get up and throw away a gum wrapper or to even go to the bathroom? Students get sent to front office for little things as such. These teachers are so worried and focused on who to get in trouble rather than just focusing on the education and bigger issues like bullying. "I've lived here for 3 years. Other than drivers running 67th Ave is a drag strip, the area is nice and quiet. The homes are well-designed, and plenty of good schools nearby. I hope a mall and movie theater open up closer by, though. Right now, the nearest movie theater is 99th Ave and McDowell."

"There is a large park that is always kept clean with stops specifically made for people with dogs, doggy bags available. There are always people walking their pets, I even take my dog every other day & never run into any issues. People jogging, kids playing, local sports teams practicing. It is located directly behind a high school & next to some farms. No real danger found like more inner city neighborhoods."

"My neighbors have some parties, but we are not invited. We likely would not attend, so that is fine. We have lived here for almost 20 years and only had 2-3 times a party near us was fairly loud."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood since it opened in 2001. Many families have come and gone, but there have been consistency on my street. The South Mountain 202 is going to be a great connecting freeway close to the neighborhood."

"Unique? We have an HOA that does nothing to upkeep the neighborhood but still collects HOA fees every month. (Cars constantly parked in the streets so an accident is waiting to happen since you have to squeeze through 2 rows of cars and pray someone isn't coming the other way or kids aren't about to run out from behind the cars you cant see passed. Trash is dumped all over the place from couches to beds. Neighbors have weeds waist level all around the community. So in my opinion an HOA that does absolutely nothing is pretty "unique""
