"Dog owners would not like that there is not a lot of grass and lots of trash on the sidewalks. However, there are dog parks nearby that you can drive to."

"I commute to La Mesa so I never deal with Traffic, but the west bound 8 is a parking lot. The majority of houses are rented by college students, they are young and understandably want to have fun. I say leave the area to them. "

"The neighborhood itself seems very safe, but it is close to El Cajon Blvd, and there are regular tweakers roaming around down that road "

"There are not any walkable parks in the area, but it's a nice neighborhood overall. The hills make it difficult to walk around a lot with a stroller, unless you're up for a workout. "
