Chic minimalist style and an exceptional layout create a luxurious, serene ambiance in this pristine loft oasis. Fully renovated from the bones five years ago, this home delivers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a private office and extensive smart home features in the heart of ultra-desirable TriBeCa.

Key-lock elevator entry welcomes you into this nearly 3,100-square-foot residence where wide-plank hardwood floors, bold columns, approx. 11-feet-tall ceilings and rows of massive windows create a powerful sense of scale. The gracious foyer is flanked by an oversized mudroom/closet and a dazzling powder room for easy arrivals and departures. Ahead, the show stopping great room stretches over 39-feet-long lined by 6 north-facing windows. Entertain under designer lighting that dances alongside historic architectural views. Relax in front of the warm gas fireplace surrounded by elegant wall-to-wall shelving that conceals and reveals a hidden TV and bar straight out of a James Bond movie. With the touch of a button in the smartphone app, the Bar and TV appears.

Chefs will flock to the modern Poliform kitchen anchored by a massive marble island/breakfast bar. The state-of-the-art appliances include a Gaggenau cooktop, refrigerator and wall ovens, a microwave drawer and a wine refrigerator. Pocket doors reveal a well-appointed laundry closet/butler's pantry with abundant cabinetry, a stacked washer-dryer, folding/buffet counter, a sink and an under-counter refrigerator. Off the living room, glass casement doors open to a home office beautifully designed with custom-built shelving, a desk and seating with storage beneath.

Head to the owner's suite to discover an impressive dressing room featuring custom floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. The king-size bedchamber enjoys wonderful southern sunlight, while the serene en suite bathroom oasis beckons with radiant heat floors, a towel warmer, frameless glass rain/steam shower, soaking tub, double vanity and wide illuminated medicine cabinet. In a separate wing, two oversized secondary suites boast excellent closet space and private spa baths with a large tub/shower and beautiful contemporary finishes. This home's extensive upgrades include a fully integrated Savant A/V system, Nest thermostats, and top-of-the-line Lutron lighting and motorized shade controls.

Built in 1854, 45 Warren is a marble Italianate store-and-loft building that once housed dry goods firms, China importers, a publishing company and the Lafayette Radio Electronics Corp, which went on to become Circuit City. Today, residents of the impeccably maintained, five-unit boutique condominium enjoy part-time doorman, a virtual doorman system and basement storage. All of this AND low monthlies!!

Surrounded by Washington Market Park, Hudson River, Battery Park City Esplanade and City Hall Park, this outstanding TriBeCa location offers an ideal mix of Downtown allure and gorgeous green space. The Tribeca green market, Whole Foods and Target are nearby, and with direct access to Westfield World Trade, The Oculus, Brookfield Place and the revitalized Seaport District, you're close to some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment in the city. Transportation from this highly accessible neighborhood is unbeatable with A/C/E, 1/2/3, R/W, 4/5/6, J/Z and PATH trains, excellent bus service and CitiBikes all nearby.

"Dogs are welcomed everywhere there’s even a dog park not too far away. There’s also a few stores you can bring them in with you. Only bad thing is some people don’t pick up after their dogs and that’s gross. Oh and the dogs that meet on the street are usually pretty friendly with each other as well."

"Having lived elsewhere in Manhattan, I've fallen in love with Tribeca. It has everything I need, a great Whole foods to relieve me of my pay check and from what I have been told, an excellent elementary school. My condo is walking distance to work (FIDI) and is convenient to public transit. I live about 5 minutes from the esplanade along the Hudson...I just cross over at Murray and can go walk, sit in the park, or if I ever get up the nerve, play some basketball in all that green space and parks. Lots of restaurants, including 3 decent Irish pubs, also on Murray. It may not appeal to the younger, single folks but we do seem to have lots of young families in the area. NYC is a city of neighborhoods. Tribeca is a great one."

"I live here and work nearby. Agree with other reviewers that it is up and coming but not quite there. Its too quiet at night and the restaurant options, though fantastic are too slim! that being said, i love my building and how clean and safe the streets are. The opening of the Smyth Hotel and the W is encouraging."
