"There are a lot of people in this neighborhood with dogs, always on leashes. I never see anyone not pick up after their dogs, neighbors and those walking by love to greet your dog, and you can typically find a water bowl at someone’s steps."

"Unsafe to walk alone at night especially closer to university. Its just fine around the schools, but other places in Merriam are not safe alone. Lock your cars or your stuff WILL get stolen. "

"There are a lot of sidewalks and lots of green space. There are several blocks that aren’t busy where cars aren’t zooming by. There aren’t too many public trash cans, so carrying poop bags could get tiring."
