Really nice interior, newly renovated and nice pool. Two big spacious living room areas, also paired with a nice kitchen area on the first floor and a good stove. We pay for pool maintenance, HVAC maintenance, pest maintenance, and water bill. The rest the renter will have to pay what's left, we also have a strict NO PETS allowed rule just so we can keep the house in good condition. If you're late on any payment it will $25 per day. More information will be listed on our paper copy of the lease. A close by gym and Kroger and Walmart nearby as well, and a nice park with 2 volleyball courts.
