Description

An amazing deal and location, location, location!

This beautifully renovated, sunlight drenched 2 bed/2 full bath corner apartment is located directly across the street from the Rockville Metro station. It's also a short walk from the heart of Rockville Town Center, with restaurants, the Regal movie theater, and just about anything you'll need. You have a garage parking space but you'll never need it if you don't want to use it!

If you want to drive, you have a garage space and easy access to the highway. (A second parking spot could be made available at cost, depending on availability.) Zoned for fantastic schools too!

All utilities are included (you pay for cable/internet) plus free laundry in an access-controlled building with an adjoining 24-hour concierge. Carpet, paint, bathroom fixtures and lots more are all new. Appliances are new too! Lots of closet space with 3 (!!) walk-in closets total!

There's a full formal dining room, breakfast nook in the kitchen, and the master bedroom has its own bathroom you're not going to find more living or closet space this close to downtown anywhere else!

There's a great gym in the building and seasonally available grills, car wash, a sauna, social room that's great for birthdays and other parties (modest fee required), and a incredible pool. You'll also love the balcony and recently renovated common areas!

Pets are welcome too (there are weight limits on dogs, but all small and most medium size dogs are fine).

As required by Montgomery County law, here is the tenant screening process and criteria: I use the background information on income, credit history, and eviction/housing history provided by Zillow along with references, publicly available information, and objective data provided through brief interviews, questionnaires, or meetings to assess ability to pay all rents, deposits, and fees fully on time, move in and out without incurring fines or penalties, respect and avoid damage to the unit, and to abide by community rules and standards, including paying any fines in a timely manner. In cases where there are multiple viable candidates, I will typically use the criteria of longest (in one month increments) lease at highest rent and then highest rent across same periods to select a tenant. The only tenant screening report other than references and publicly available information accepted is the one completed through this app; a reusable tenant screening report other than the one generated by Zillow and associated apps and websites will not be accepted.

Deposit does not include move in and move out deposits. A partially refundable (at move out) move in/out fee of $500 is also required.

"Downtown rockville has really come up big time. You name it, it has got it. From affordable golf courses to great schools, affordable 2BR apartments to outstanding restaurants of all different kinds. The town center is hopping with people and kids all seasons around. The library, town square courtyard, the movies and the shops around make a great place to walk around with friends and families. The bars are buzzing until midnight on most days. Now that I have moved to germantown, we will greatly miss this area."
