    "I really like the area because it is near all the things you would need for daily life. The college is just up the street in one direction and the metro in the other. It is near a library, gas stations, grocery store, post office, drug stores, banks and car repair. It's a super location."

    "Downtown rockville has really come up big time. You name it, it has got it. From affordable golf courses to great schools, affordable 2BR apartments to outstanding restaurants of all different kinds. The town center is hopping with people and kids all seasons around. The library, town square courtyard, the movies and the shops around make a great place to walk around with friends and families. The bars are buzzing until midnight on most days. Now that I have moved to germantown, we will greatly miss this area."
