During covid when the kids were not supposed to be even touching each other, another child pushed my son while playing tag and he fell unconscious. When he woke up there was kids around him. I drove down to the school and no one, not even the principal knew what had happen, the duty wasn’t looking at the time. The principal refused to take accountability. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has some teachers who know how to teach the subject and make it understanding when others don't. This school has a lot of students who fight for idiotic reasons and the school handles it decently. They force the different grades to go out to the field between Monday through Thursday and you don't get a say. The principal found out one of my friends lied about her grade and told her parents that she lied and that he had a boyfriend. I dont know why that was necessary. The nurse is really nice and cares for the students. The councilors are good at doing their job and even giving students fidget toys when they need it for anxiety or some other reason. I would beware of how bad some students are and how some teachers teach because some teachers don't know how to teach without the whole class understanding and some students do drugs and fight for dumb reasonsOther Review1y ago - Mount Miguel High School

"I don’t know of any community events that I have taken place in the last couple of years. There is a boys and girls club but apart from that I don’t see a lot of community events taking place in this part of town"

"I walk everywhere. Every place is walking distance. You shouldn’t walk at night though because it gets very sketchy and scary. Also keep your kids close, there’s a lot of perverts around the area. But other than that, it’s cool to have places that are within walking distance. "

"Love the church here. Christian Church of Lemon Grove. Most people are nice. Lots of diversity. There are some maintenance things that could change and we could use some more nice restaurants but all in all we like the central location."

"I have a long commute to Carmel mountain five days a week. However, I like my neighborhood. neighbors are friendly and approachable. Sometimes the house from the trolley is annoying, but overall the neighborhood is nice. I'm done for today. signing off now."

"I used to live in this area growing up and I loved it. it was a peaceful area. I moved away for a long time and now moving back it is still peaceful but a lot more run down. I feel like people dont have an option to have a green beautiful home anymore. "

"tons of homeless that are agressive. had someone try to break into my home 3 times in one week. using my home securtiy cameras i could tell 2 were homeless and the other was a guy who had obviously scoped my house and didnt realize someone was home. "

"I have lived in the neighborhood for 15 years. People generally are too busy to care about anything, you do get the odd family who play in the road and have fun. We love our home and are near retirement so we will in a couple of years move to a more affordable state."
