Very nice and clean 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with fenced back yard at the end of a culdesac in a nice, safe family neighborhood.

This house is in a great school district. The schools are Clear Creek Elementary School, Jackson Creek Middle School, and Bloomington South High School. This home was partially remodeled 3 years ago with new roof and new tile in the kitchen and dining room areas. The kitchen was remodeled this year with new recessed lighting, pendant lighting, counter top, back splash, farmhouse sink and butcher block island.

The house size is deceiving from the outside. Total finished living space is a very usable 1850+ square feet. There is also a 2 car garage with an additional 500 sf.

The main living area features a 24x14 living room with hardwood floors, a kitchen, a dining room and a half bath. The kitchen includes a huge pantry, a large side by side refrigerator with ice and water through the door, a smooth top electric stove with micro-hood above, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The fence in the backyard has 2 walk gates and a 10' drive gate to allow easy access to the back yard for whatever purpose necessary.

The upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is a nice size with a full bathroom and walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are approximately 12x10, 12x10. The hall bath has a full sized vanity, toilet and tub. The bedrooms are carpeted and the baths are porcelain tile .

There is also a laundry room and a large living area with sliding back door to the back yard.

The house has a brand new Trane natural gas furnace and A/C. The water heater is electric. The roof is 6 years old.

Rental rate is $2250 per month plus utilities with a deposit of $2250. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis with an additional pet fee of $45 per pet per month.

This house is available on or near January 1, 2022. Current tenant estimates they will be vacated by December 10.
