    "my old stomping grounds since I was a child, Crestview, beverlywood, that whole South Robertson area. Very nice, diverse neighborhoods. Some streets are better than others, but there are no bad areas in this particular region of West Los Angeles. I would consider buying property here at any time..."

I enjoy my neighbors as much as I see them (not a lot) and mostly I love the close proximity to just about everything. I’m a mom with a small child and it works for us. "
