"It’s a family friendly neighborhood and centrally located. Few minutes away from Beverly Hills, Culver City, century city, West Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles. Great schools , senes of community. We have soro festival and lots of restaurants. Parks are everywhere and well maintained."

"Small park close by call Reynier park , dogs must be on a leash . Dog groomers locally available pick up and drop off which is very convenient. "

"my old stomping grounds since I was a child, Crestview, beverlywood, that whole South Robertson area. Very nice, diverse neighborhoods. Some streets are better than others, but there are no bad areas in this particular region of West Los Angeles. I would consider buying property here at any time..."

"Great area. Lived here 20 years besides loud neighbors every once in a while. Theres a couple elementary school and parks near by for kids to grow up."

"I think this community still hasn’t peaked yet in terms of “desirable” which is nice because you get a solid mix of people and minimal amount of pretension. I enjoy my neighbors as much as I see them (not a lot) and mostly I love the close proximity to just about everything. I’m a mom with a small child and it works for us. "

"I've lived here 5 years. The neighbors are great, kids have lots of parks to play in, and the location can't be beat in LA. Everything is close especially Downtown Culver City with all it's awesome restaurants and new development underway. Also freeway access is a breeze."

"Not quite in Beverlywood but across Robertson.. safe area and plenty of parking is great! Wish there were more amenities around like stores and restaurants. Definitely don’t want to move from the area!"

"It’s a green, tree lined neighborhood in a central location to reach everything in LA. It’s also surrounded by great food and fun within walking distance and we all know LA is not known for walking."

"Best location in Los Angeles. Close to 10 and 405 freeways without the loud traffic. Good food and shopping and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located between Culver City and Beverly Hills. "
