    "I have lived here 8 years. have seen it's ups and downs. you have to take the good with the bad. MyStreet is a mixture of rental duplexes and homes. The homes are kept up very well some of the duplexes are kept up as the owners actually care about their properties. others however just want to collect rent. places look run down"
