House is located in a great, accessible, and quiet New Orleans neighborhood within walking distance of Canal streetcar lines (serving both downtown and City Park), many restaurants, coffee shops, City Park, Lafitte Greenway, Bayou St. John, multiple grocery stores, and other shopping.

The house features original wood floors and windows, with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. One side of the house is open living space, with kitchen, dining room, and living room. The other side of the house contains multiple bedrooms (2 currently have queen beds and 1 is serving as an office) and 1 full bathroom. Amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, internet-connected television set, routers for streaming internet content (no cable TV), washer and dryer (located in house-attached covered shed on the back patio), and central AC/heat. There is small patio area in the back of the house and a sitting front porch. Easy access to multiple areas of the city - downtown/French Quarter, Lakeview, Uptown/Carrolton, Broadmoor - as well as I-10.

Ample street parking is available (parking right in front of the house is typical).

Note: New central AC unit has been installed since photos were taken (window units no longer needed).

Utilities are not included - would be payable via Venmo. Typical monthly bills are as follows: $75 (water/sewerage); $125 (gas/electric); internet ($70).

Renter is responsible for utilities (gas/electric, water/sewerage, internet). Can reimburse the owner via Venmo monthly. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking or pets allowed.
