The upstairs loft has a Queen bed, desk and chair, TV, extra seating and storage.
Rest of loft has Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, Air Fryer Oven, HE washer and dryer, and is pet friendly with small dog door.

We also supply you with linens, pillows and bedding, plates, dishes, pots and pans. Kitchen is very well-equipped! Just bring your suitcase!
We rent by the month, and this is an excellent space for one to two people.

This unit is across from the new Publix, 1 block from I-20, and near Homegrown, Muchachos, Girl Diver, Taqueria Tsunami, Curry Up Now, ParkGrounds Dog Park and Bar, and walk or scoot to Carroll Street Cafe, JenChan's, Petit Chou, plus additional BeltLine stars such as Shake Shack, Cold Beer, Revolution Donuts, Bocca Lupo, Guac y Margy's, Bell Street Burritos, Hawkers Asian Street Food, Nina and Rafi, the James Room, and Krog Street Market.

Private fenced backyard is surrounded by forest. Building and parking lot is fenced and partially hidden from the street.

Security deposit is equal to one month's rent but negotiable for short-term renters.
We accept dogs and cats, but rent may include a pet fee.
