"Quite for the most part .... Centrally located to all shopping areas.... And has numerous hiking trails Parks.... The neighborhood is also Surrounded by many of trees of all sorts.... You don't have to go far to see wildlife There are also plenty of schools..... Ranging from Middle school to high school there are also a couple of junior colleges.... Plenty of local Gyms to work out...... Numerous of local churches of all the nomination...."

"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. It's close to downtown and have great access to public transportation. You better get in before you get priced out. Home value is steadily increasing. "
