3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThese people here especially the actual teachers care nothing at all for the students well being and academic progress. I don't know if it's them being underpaid or what. It's really bad though. You have to have coffee, brunch, lunch, and dinner with them as well as call the school and email all year long for them to do their jobs. It's really bad. If my child didn't have a smart family, my child would be messed up. Encina does not care. Don't waste your time. They've known my kid for years (a well behaved kid they say) and they don't care to intervene when something seems off. They pretend it doesn't exist. Knowing them for years means nothing. They won't care about the kids. Ever. I hate we got stuck here. If you don't have time to be on their cases each day, don't enroll. They were bullied and people were talking about dating and stuff and my kids were like in the third grade 2nd grade 4th grade and they were traumatized for the rest of their lives. "There’s side walks and near by trails you can visit. People are friendly, fairly safe neighborhood. There’s nearby shopping plazas and restaurants. Beware of skunks and raccoons."

"short about 6 miles. I don't live far there is a college nearby so its very busy. There is also public transportation so commuting is fairly easy where I live it's great place with a lot to do a lot of shops lots of stores and restaurants and grocery stores."

"I have live in Campus Commons for 5 years, on Elmhurst as well as Dunbarton Circle, where I will live at least for another 4 years. I love this area of Sacramento, as it is quiet, full of trees and beautiful landscaping... this area is NOT for kids, as there are few facilities here for children."

"They are rude, as soon as you sign the lease, all common decency and politeness is out the window. Good luck if you have a problem that needs to be fixed and they think they have other "more important priorities". The fact that a person is living there and has a problem means that you should be a priority, but you aren't, unless there's water coming out of your walls. "
