"Fourth of July sounds like the invasion of Normandy. The community also enjoys watching the helicopters look for fugitives. You can always relax and watch the hookers walk up and down Stockton blvd."

"My neighborhood has access to supermarkets, amazing restaurants, the gym, Walmart, Burlington, Ross and Sears. My neighbors are amazing, we have a neighborhood watch program here also. Theres an elementary school and a high school near by. Community colleges are 15 mins away. I live in the middle between consumes river college and sac city. Sac State is 15 mins away also. Asian and American restaurants litterally minutes away. "
