    "Homes are well spaced, quiet wooded area, great location for empty nesters. A country feel with close by dinning and shopping. AWD or 4WD is a good idea. Steep hills make for fun winter driving."

Not an ideal location for bus riders, but there are two bus stops: each about 1/4 mile away. Nearby park, very low traffic inside the neighborhoods off of Flavel. Great walking and biking trails. "
