What Locals Say about Glenfair

"There are 'section 8' apts directly behind our property - one of a few that excepts EX-FELONS, HOWEVER, we've lived here for 6 years with absolutely NO incidence of any crime: theft nor burglary nor any other crime. "

"We've lived here for 5 long years. We are extremely unhappy with the area. People throw trash on the sidewalks and street. It's not a safe place to live with all the gang violence, drug use, and let's not forget to mention the tent that showed up a few weeks ago that keeps growing. We're neighborhood /house hunting. "
- Lori O.
- Resident

"This area is a high crime area and thete are few parks or established areas for children to play. There have been senseless murders right across the street from my home and hearing gun shots ring out is a daily occurrence. "
- Makenzie S.

"Trying to leave. Too much drug use, loud noises at night, and litter everywhere. Would not recommend this neighborhood for families. "
